Two Dead After Dallas Strip Mall Shooting

Two men have died following a fatal shooting incident in the parking lot of a strip mall at Vickery Meadow in Dallas on Saturday, according to the Dallas Police Department.

Dallas police received a shooting call at approximately 9:34 p.m. on September 10. The incident occurred at the 8400 block of Park Lane. Responding officers found two men with gunshot wounds lying in the parking lot.

Authorities said one of the victims died at the scene while the other was transported to a local hospital, where he died Sunday. 

The victim who died at the scene was identified as Sir Milton Evans, according to The Dallas Morning News. 

Dallas police identified the second victim as Bobby Lockhart, 35. Authorities did not say what led to the shooting or if they have any person of interest.

Authorities said the shooting incident is still an ongoing investigation, and anyone with information that might help solve the homicides is urged to contact Detective Jake Morgan at 214-671-3630 or [email protected] and refer to case No.165233-2022.
