A 17-year-old male in Wisconsin has been charged with killing his mother and stepfather in an attempt to acquire the money and freedom necessary to assassinate President Donald Trump.

Nikita Casap has been charged with the killing of his mother, Tatiana Casap, 35, and stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, in February as part of a plan to assassinate the President.

Casap is accused of living with the bodies for roughly two weeks while conspiring to assassinate Trump, with the FBI alleging that Casap also attempted to acquire a weapon of mass destruction, according to NBC News.

The Waukesha County complaint states that police believe the murders were committed on February 11, which is more than two weeks before the bodies were discovered with gunshot wounds on February 28, per CNN.

The bodies were discovered after Casap did not attend school for two weeks, and the authorities listed Mayer’s car as stolen.

WaKeeney Police Department in Kansas conducted a traffic stop and discovered Casap driving with $14,000, over $14,000 worth of jewelry, and a .357 Magnum revolver purchased by Mayer, according to CNN.

Investigators wrote that the murders “appeared to be an effort to obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary to carrying out his plan,” according to BBC.

The FBI stated that Casap also wrote a “manifesto” on his phone that contained plans to assassinate the President and start a race war in the country, per NBC.

This manifesto reportedly contained images and writings that praised Adolf Hitler and instructions on how to create a bomb.

“By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos,” wrote Casap, per The New York Times.

Casap reportedly disclosed his plans on TikTok and Telegram before being arrested.

In these plans, Casap described himself as a member of the Order of the Nine Angles, which the FBI describes as a neo-Nazi cult that “advocates for the use of violence and terrorism to overthrow governments and destroy modern civilization,” as reported by NBC.

Casap also allegedly spoke with people in Russia about the murders and a potential plan to kill Trump with a drone and explosives, with the teen planning to flee to Ukraine following the attempted assassination.

“He was in touch with other parties about his plan to kill the president and overthrow the government of the United States,” investigators wrote, per BBC.

Casap is facing nine felony charges in the state of Wisconsin, while federal investigators are charges of Presidential assassination, conspiracy, and use of weapons of mass destruction, per CNN.

Casap is scheduled to appear for arraignment in May, and there is no indication of how he will plead the various charges.
