The Dallas Police Department said on Wednesday it has arrested a suspect in the fatal shooting of a man in Stemmons Corridor.

According to Dallas police, officers responded to a shooting call in the 7500 block of North Stemmons Freeway, near Mockingbird Lane, at approximately 12:30 a.m. on April 29.

In a parking lot, responding officers found a 25-year-old man who had been shot multiple times. The victim was transported to an area hospital in serious condition.

Dallas police later identified the victim as Darrin Wilson, who died from his injuries on May 4.

Following the shooting, Dallas PD released images of four men who police said are persons of interest in connection to the homicide. Authorities also revealed that all four suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored sedan and a dark-colored SUV, possibly a Chevy Tahoe.

According to a May 11 announcement made by Dallas PD, officers arrested 30-year-old Tyketirck Montgomery on May 9 in connection to Wilson’s murder.

The Dallas Morning News reported Montgomery was being held in the Dallas County jail on a $250,000 bail as of May 10.
