Fort Worth police are searching for the suspect responsible for robbing and stabbing a man in a park on Wednesday.

Police were called to Harris Hospital at 12:55 a.m. on July 20 in response to a stabbing victim who had arrived by private vehicle.

The victim told law enforcement that he was robbed and assaulted in a park near the 3700 block of Lucy Lane in South Fort Worth. The man suffered a stab wound to the rear hip area.

This investigation is still underway by the department’s Robbery Unit, and there are no suspects in police custody at this time.
