Four suspects got into an argument and altercation on Thursday with an older man and pushed the man into a passing DART bus, according to Dallas Police.

Officers were called to Forest Lane and Meadowknoll Drive at about 1:50 p.m. on November 10 for a disturbance.

When Dallas Police arrived at the scene, they learned four juvenile boys had been allegedly fighting with a man, who was described as elderly.

During the fight, the four youths pushed the older man into the side door of a passing DART bus and then left the area, according to law enforcement authorities.

The older man was taken to a hospital for treatment for unspecified injuries, and his current condition is not known. The older man’s identity and age are also unknown at this time.

No arrests have been made in the case, and police have not been able to identify any suspects.

It is not known what was said or what led up to the fight, according to police.

The investigation into the assault is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to call the Dallas Police Department.

It would have been a MAJOR HEADLINE story. The fact we are just hearing about it, says it all

Why does it matter what color they were. They almost killed a man.

It doesn’t matter what the ethnicity of the man or the juveniles are. That is someone’s uncle, brother, father, or grandpa. How would feel if that was YOUR family member? People lost respect for each other and that is no excuse to treat someone like that!

Prayers the elderly gentleman is okay. As for the offenders, when the little cowards are apprehended, they deserve whatever the law allows

Prayers for the elderly man and his family that there are no long term health issues. For the kids…they need to do some WORK! Maybe put them to work for the family, the public. Good HARD work. And I don’t know and don’t care what ethnicity of anyone. We all bleed red. Chips on ones shoulder does NOT solve problems. It only creates them. If kids had plenty work todo they would not have time to argue with someone who has probably spent a lifetime of working.
