Identity of Teen Killed in Fort Worth Released

Authorities released the identity of a teenage girl who was shot and killed in east Fort Worth on Tuesday.

Police were called to the 3800 block of Stalcup Road at the Buttercup Apartments around 11:40 p.m. on April 12.

Officers found 17-year-old Roshonda Henderson suffering from several gunshot wounds to her upper body. The victim died at the scene before she could be transported to a hospital.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled her death a homicide.

According to a news release from the Fort Worth police department, homicide detectives discovered that an unknown person had entered an apartment and fired multiple times.

The shooter escaped and was still at large on Thursday morning.

    Why do parents put their children in harm’s way. They allow them to be around the worst. Example of her life means nothing too a low life CRIMINAL.
