A 32-year-old woman has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of her uncle at their shared home the day after Christmas, following a dispute, according to court documents.

Fort Worth police responded to a stabbing call in the 3400 block of Wade Avenue around 12:18 p.m. on December 26, 2025. Officers found 64-year-old Tony Vernon Graham on the living room floor with a stab wound to his chest. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 12:46 p.m.

The suspect, Ashley Marie Siebenaller, lived in the residence with Graham and others, including two people in a rear shed. The home was leased by another individual who rented out spaces.

A witness reported hearing Siebenaller and Graham arguing in the living room before she went to take a shower. Upon returning, she found Graham stabbed on the floor and Siebenaller sitting silently on the couch. The witness also discovered a bloody knife on the couch and moved it to a table, the arrest warrant affidavit states.

The 911 caller used a sign-language line and initially wasn’t sure who stabbed Graham, suggesting he might have done it himself.

When police first tried to question Siebenaller, she was not communicating clearly, leading officers to believe she was non-verbal. Through written notes, she denied stabbing Graham and said she didn’t know what happened.

Others in the home told investigators they were asleep and heard nothing.

During a follow-up interview on December 30, Siebenaller communicated more clearly. She initially denied involvement but later admitted to stabbing Graham near the couch, describing how he fell near the doorway — a detail consistent with the crime scene.

Siebenaller told detectives she was upset because Graham had locked her out after she returned from a doctor’s visit and “pissed her off” by telling her she needed to start cooking. She claimed Graham stabbed her in the mouth first, but officers observed no injuries on her during either encounter.

On January 2, a roommate contacted police, reporting that Siebenaller was standing outside his bedroom door holding a knife, raising concerns for everyone’s safety.

An arrest warrant was issued on January 3. Siebenaller was booked into the Tarrant County Jail on January 5, where she remains without bond.
