29-year-old Isaiah McWilliams was shot around 3:25 a.m. on July 19 in the 3500 block of Wilhurt Avenue, according to the Dallas Police Department. First responders transported him to a hospital, where he later died. The case is being investigated under report number 102558‑2025.
