Dallas police released updates in four homicide investigations from the first week of June, including three murder arrests and the identification of a fourth victim.
The cases stem from shootings reported between June 1 and June 2 across Dallas.
Highcrest Drive
Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 400 block of Highcrest Drive around 10:55 p.m. on June 2.
The preliminary investigation found that someone shot Trevan Aguinaga, 31, at the location, according to police. Dallas Fire-Rescue took Aguinaga to a hospital, where he died.
Police took Gabriel Ybarra, 23, into custody at the scene and charged him with murder in connection with the case.
DPD listed the investigation under case number 079603-2026.
CF Hawn Service Road
Dallas police also investigated a fatal shooting in the 13600 block of the eastbound CF Hawn service road on June 2.
Officers responded around 12:46 p.m. and found Domnique Wrice, 42, shot at the scene. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, and Wrice died at the location.
Police said Jordan Brown, 22, shot Wrice. Authorities later found Brown in Fate, Texas, detained him, and took him to Dallas Police Headquarters.
Brown faces a murder charge and was booked into the Dallas County Jail, according to police.

Sylvan Avenue
Dallas police also announced an arrest in a June 2 homicide in the 1800 block of Sylvan Avenue.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 3:37 a.m. and found a man, later identified as 50-year-old Issac Padilla, shot at the location. Padilla died at the scene.
On June 4, the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force arrested David Reyna, 31, in connection with the case. Reyna faces a murder charge.
Police said additional investigation connected Reyna to a separate June 2 shooting in the 3800 block of Texas Drive, where someone shot a man in the leg. Reyna also faces an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge in that case.
DPD listed the homicide under case number 079159-2026 and the Texas Drive shooting under case number 079171-2026.
Chesterfield Drive
Dallas police also identified the victim in a June 1 homicide in the 7500 block of Chesterfield Drive as Broderic King, 36.
Officers responded to the shooting call around 5:40 a.m. and found a man shot by an unknown suspect, according to police. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, and King died at the scene.
