The victim and the shooter got into a confrontation outside El Rey del Marriscos. Investigators believe the suspect then pulled out a gun and fired into a pickup truck where the victim sat. Police are reviewing surveillance footage from nearby businesses to identify the shooter, Fox 4 KDFW reported.
