Dallas police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash that left a man dead, according to a press release.
Police are looking for the suspect’s vehicle, which is described as a black Chevrolet SUV with dark-tinted windows, possibly a Chevrolet Equinox or Traverse.
The incident occurred when the male victim, whose identity has not yet been released by authorities, was struck by a vehicle when he was crossing the road on the 3000 block of North Hampton Road.
The victim died at the scene.
The suspect’s vehicle could possibly have front-end damage, according to police.
