Dallas Murder-Suicide Leaves Two Dead In Suspected Domestic Violence

Dallas police discovered two people dead from gunshot wounds Saturday afternoon in what investigators believe was a murder-suicide.

Officers responded to the 7700 block of Greenway Boulevard around 4:45 p.m. on August 16. They found William Price, 77, and Laura Demuth, 63, both dead at the scene.

Price appeared to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the preliminary investigation. Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel pronounced both individuals dead at the location.

Police have not released information about the relationship between Price and Demuth. The investigation remains active under case number 117628-2025.
