A man and woman were shot on Monday while walking down a sidewalk in Dallas’ Turtle Creek area.

Around 10:20 p.m. on May 2, officers arrived at the 100 block of Turtle Creek Boulevard, near Irving Boulevard and Sylvan Avenue, to find a couple wounded in an apparent drive-by shooting.

Police said the woman was shot several times and transported to the hospital in critical condition. The man was grazed by a bullet on his leg but was stable.

The motive for the shooting is unclear at this time. There were no witnesses to the incident, according to investigators, and no arrests have been made.
