Someone stole the figure of baby Jesus from a Nativity display in Fort Worth’s Sundance Square Plaza early Saturday, and officials are asking for the public’s help.

Fort Worth Police are searching for a man suspected of the theft. Officials in the downtown district posted pictures of an individual suspected to be the “Baby Jesus Thief” to Instagram.

“Help us identify the man who stole baby Jesus from our Nativity scene in Sundance Square,” the post requested. “Help us save Christmas.”

A representative from the security team at Sundance Square stated that the theft happened between 2 a.m. and 2:20 a.m. on Saturday, December 17, WFAA reported.

Fort Worth Police have confirmed that they received a report regarding the incident.

The suspect has not been identified as of Monday morning, and the investigation is ongoing.

I know that the ‘World” would love that Jesus was stolen from the manager; but Hallelujah His Life, Death, and Resurrection happened and too bad many people reject this precious gift and will find their lives on the other side. Thank you Lord for your soon return back to this earth in ALL your Glory Amen.
