An attack involving an axe took place in a coffee shop in Richardson on the night of April 1.
According to police, a fight broke out at the shop before 8 p.m. Witnesses told officers that the fight started outside and was then taken inside.
Police say the coffee shop involved is I Love U A-Latte, located in the 500 block of W. Campbell Road at Nantucket Drive.
According to authorities, three people were wounded in the fight. The attacker was one of the three.
One of the wounded sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene, while two were taken to the hospital.
Per Richardson Police, everyone involved in the attack knew each other, and they had no cause to search for other suspects.
Police, however, said that they were investigating the case further.
