Dallas residents are expressing their frustrations with the inadequate mail service throughout the city, with a significant number experiencing delayed or non-delivery.

These complaints stem from a post made on the Ring Neighborhood application, in which a resident near the Knox/Henderson neighborhood of Dallas complained about the lack of mail delivery in the area.

“Is anyone else not getting their mail? Our postal guy doesn’t even come for several days in a row even though we have inbound mail in our mail preview,” wrote the original poster.

Residents from the area flooded the comments after this original post was made, with the vast majority of these comments voicing a very similar issue in the area.

“This happens to me all the time. I never get mail on time even though I have the informed delivery on my phone every morning. It really aggravates me,” commented one resident under the original post.

“Not getting mail either. Comes 1-3 days per week, sometimes at 4pm, sometimes at 8pm, and sometimes not at all!” wrote another.

Multiple neighbors commented, saying they had mentioned the issue to the post office, but there has still been no solution to the lack of mail delivery.

“No l already complain with the post office they said that they where going to fix but it hasn’t please email post office so they can handle it quickly sometimes l don’t get mail until the end of the week or my neighbors has it l already emailed them again,” wrote one comment.

Another commenter questioned whether reporting these issues will lead to any meaningful change, but a response under that comment kept it very simple.

“No,” wrote the comment, seemingly indicating that there might not be a fix for this issue despite complaints with the post office.

Currently, there has been no indication whether these issues with mail delivery have been resolved, as few residents have spoken out to mention whether delivery has improved in recent days.
