Overnight in Dallas, three people were shot in two unconnected robberies.
During the first event, around 10:30 pm, officers said two armed men allegedly attempted to rob a man sitting in his parked car in his driveway in East Oak Cliff. Reportedly, the man tried to fight off his attackers and was then shot by the two robbers.
The victim is in serious condition at a local hospital. The two attempted robbers escaped.
Shortly after, around 11:00 pm, a woman and a man, both suffering from gunshot wounds, were discovered on the sidewalk on Norco Drive in West Dallas.
Police suspect the two were shot allegedly during a robbery as well. The two victims are in the hospital for treatment.
No arrests have been made in either case.
