Three teenagers from Dallas were arrested and are in Mesquite Police Custody on a murder charge.
According to a report by CBS 5, Mesquite police tied them to a Nov. 3 shooting in a parking lot in Mesquite. Police said the shooting in the parking lot in the 1700 block of Hillcrest Street left a man shot to death.
Mesquite police later identified the victim as Oseas Lozano, 25.
Mesquite police said they identified 17-year-old Vicente Piedra, 17-year-old Abel Lopez, and 18-year-old Abel Lopez as the suspects after an investigation into the shooting.
Police did not release details on a possible motive, nor have they revealed how the victim and suspects were related. It is unclear if the victim and suspects knew each other before the incident.
