Dallas’ Design District is getting a unique steakhouse and lounge that harkens back to the days of Old Hollywood.

Known as Evelyn, the highly anticipated spot is set to open to the public on March 26. Patrons can expect a luxurious meal, classic cocktails, and even dancing.

“We felt Dallas was missing a luxury space where you could have dinner, dance, and enjoy a full night out all in one spot… We wanted to create something that bridges the gap between an old Hollywood steakhouse and a sophisticated nightlife venue but also very intentionally female-forward, unlike any other steakhouse in town,” said Reach Hospitality Co-founder Todd in a statement, per Dallas Business Journal.

Dallas-based Reach Hospitality operates numerous restaurants in the city, including The Black Tap, TacoLingo, Pie Tap, and The Mexican. Reach Hospitality leveraged the expertise of ICrave to help nail down the new establishment’s impressive aesthetic.

“Evelyn is more than just a restaurant or bar, it’s a destination where nostalgia and modern allure converge, creating a seamless fusion of past and present,” ICrave Design Manager Lisa Johnson said.

“With a design inspired by the bold glamour of decades past, EVELYN is a little bit disco, a little bit rock ‘n’ roll, and always effortlessly cool.”

The steakhouse and lounge will allow guests to enjoy three types of outings in the massive 9,500-square-foot establishment.

The Piano Room is the main dining area where guests can enjoy luxurious meals from Wagyu strips to lobster. Moving along, The Ruby Room will host a wide selection of cocktails, martinis, and wines that will transport you back to Old Hollywood.

Finally, Room Seven is a late-night lounge where you can round out your evening on a vintage dance floor.

“Every room reveals a different side of her personality, adding to her aura of mystery. Guests are drawn into her world through carefully curated spaces that radiate energy and an undeniable sense of intrigue,” Johnson said.
