The aroma of roasted coffee beans will waft through the city when the first Dallas Coffee Festival kicks off next weekend.

Numerous roasters will gather at Gilley’s on Botham Jean Blvd on Saturday, April 5, to serve fresh brews from some of Dallas’ favorite local coffee brands. The inaugural event in the city will feature more than 30 coffee shops and roasters.

“Enjoy the best specialty roasters and coffee shops with unique beans, delicious snacks, and live entertainment, during this one-of-a-kind coffee culture experience,” reads a description on the event’s website.

While this may be the Big D’s first coffee festival put on by the event’s company, Craft Hospitality LLC., they have hosted similar ones in the past, like the San Francisco Coffee Festival, San Diego Coffee Festival, Philly Coffee Festival, DC Coffee Festival, and Austin Coffee Festival.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Be sure to check out the event’s webpage, as some ticket packages are already selling out. Ticket prices range from $24.00 to $58.00, plus fees and sales tax.
