Fort Worth police report that a “large gathering” in a home left one person dead and several others injured after a shooting.
The incident occurred on January 16 around 2:30 a.m. at the 4200 block of Glen Abbey Drive.
According to Tracy Carter, a Fort Worth spokesman, when police arrived, they found an adult male victim dead inside the residence.
Other victims in the home were transported to hospitals, according to investigators. The exact number of those injured and their conditions remain unknown.
Police said a “disturbance erupted” at the residence, and a suspect who has not been identified initiated gunshots.
