The Fort Worth Police Department is still on the hunt for a suspect in a drive-by shooting that killed a 15-year-old boy while he was asleep in his bed last month.

According to Fort Worth Police, Higinio Flores Jr. was sleeping in his bed at his home located in the 700 block of Ravine Road when he was struck and killed by a bullet on January 15.

Police say at least six bullets were fired in the drive-by shooting, one of which stuck Flores in the head.

Fort Worth police revealed that a dark gray Chrysler 300 fled the scene of the incident after the shooting.

The Fort Worth Police Department homicide unit is asking anyone with information that might help identify the intended targets of the shooting or lead to the shooter’s arrest to come forward.
