Dallas police arrested a 25-year-old man for his alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of 33-year-old Mario Mena Lopez. The suspect is identified as Jemal Davis.
The incident, which occurred on November 30, took place on Peavy Road around 9:50 pm.
Police found Mena Lopez in the parking lot of an apartment complex. He was brought to the hospital but died of his injuries.
Davis is being held in the Dallas County Jail, facing a murder charge. Currently, no bail has been set.
