Dallas police said a man was found fatally shot in a parking lot late Wednesday.
According to a CBS 11 news report, Dallas police were called to the shooting scene in the 3000 block of Alabama Avenue. Officers responded to the crime scene at about 11:25 p.m.
The unidentified victim was described as a man in his sixties and was found in a vacant parking lot in the area by a passerby.
Dallas Fire and Rescue responded to the scene and pronounced the man dead from homicidal violence.
Dallas police have not released the complete details about the crime incident as of Thursday morning, but investigators are working to determine the motives and circumstances surrounding the crime.
Detectives from the Dallas Police Department are currently investigating the homicide.
