A man died yesterday in Fort Worth after being struck by a train on a railroad bridge over East Loop 820.
The incident occurred around 4:50 p.m. on January 27, near Cravens Road in East Fort Worth, as the victim was walking on the bridge.
He died upon impact.Â
Once the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office notifies the next of kin, his identity will be released.
Fort Worth Police do not know why he was on the tracks.
