Man Shot After Car Crash in Northwest Dallas

A man was shot multiple times after a car he was in crashed near Lombardy Lane and Interstate 35E in northwest Dallas early Wednesday morning, the Dallas Morning News reported.     

Dallas police responded to the 2500 block of Lombardy Lane, between Interstate 35E and Harry Hines Boulevard at about 2:15 a.m. Upon arrival at the scene, they found the car with the man inside, according to the report.    

The man was taken to a hospital in a stable condition, police said, according to the report.  

Police have not released the identity of the man to the public, nor have they released any information about potential suspects in the case, however, an investigation into what led to the shooting is ongoing.
