Man Fatally Shot in Jack-in-the-Box Drive-Through

The Dallas Police Department said a man was fatally shot in the early hours of Sunday. October 31 while waiting in a drive-through line at a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant.

Dallas PD officers were called to the restaurant at 5757 North Jim Miller Road, near Interstate 30, at about 1:15 a.m. Officers found the victim fatally shot in his car on an adjacent street.

Police revealed that the victim, whose name has not been released, was shot at 2700 Highland Road while trying to leave the restaurant.

Dallas police have yet to make any arrests in connection to the shooting but gave a description of a suspect wanted for the shooting. Police described the suspect as a slim black man with short afro-styled hair.

The suspect is also believed to be about twenty years old. Dallas PD said the alleged shooter was a passenger in a late-model dark gray four-door Nissan. Police said the car is possibly an Altima with dark windows.
