Man and Dog Die in Car Crash due to Slippery Roads

Arlington police report a twenty-nine-year-old man died on Wednesday morning after losing control of his car on a wet road.

The accident occurred around 11 a.m on December 29 in the 3900 block of West Division Street, near Green Oaks Boulevard.

The man, identified as Jordan Sullivan, was speeding in a Mazda, headed east when his car spun into oncoming traffic.

Sullivan hit an F-150 truck driving west. He was transported to a hospital, where he died of his injuries.

He also had a dog in the vehicle who died in the crash, according to police.

The truck driver, whose name has not been released, was not critically injured. The fifty-one-year-old man is not facing any criminal charges.
