Dallas Judge Clay Jenkins Arrested After ‘Blackface’ Break-Ins

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins allegedly wore blackface as a student at Baylor University while criminally trespassing in women’s bedrooms, according to recently released documents.

In copies of the police report obtained by Current Revolt, several women accused Jenkins of breaking into their apartment along with two other men.

A witness alleged to police that “all three men were dressed in dark colored clothing like camouflage and had on dark oil … or paint or dark makeup on their faces to make them look like black people.”

Documents from the Waco Police Department state that authorities initially thought that the suspects were “possibly black males,” before Jenkins and his associates were apparently identified.

The police report asserted that the three men “admitted … that they [had] gone into the apartment trying to scare the girls and said they did scare them.”

One of the alleged participants, Monty James, claimed to have done nothing wrong. He apparently told the police that the crew had scared some 22 people across several apartments that night, and that “everyone thought it was funny except these four girls,” referring to the apparent victims who reported the incident to the police.

Jenkins was arrested in relation to the blackface break-in on September 29, 1983, by Waco PD.

Accusations of impropriety have previously swirled around Judge Jenkins, including allegations that he engaged in “panty raids” while in college. Furthermore, Jenkins reportedly lied to voters by claiming that he was the first in his family to graduate from college, according to the former mayor of Carrollton.

The Dallas Express reached out to the office of Judge Jenkins but did not receive a response prior to publication.

If a Republican did this in 1983, it would be on CNN 24/7 let alone the Dallas Morning News front page. It will quickly go away, but the double standard is astonishing. It is why this country is dying…there is no real press.

It’s not as if he was now on the Supreme Court after having likely raped a girl back then

I think what jenkins did during the pandemic warrants voting him out of office and into obscurity. He literally shredded the Constitution. This article may point to the foundation of his moral character that led him to becoming a petty little dictator. But it is emblematic of the “kancel kulture” and often backfires. Examples? ralph northam and “fidel” trudeau both won their elections after being exposed for this same thing. Let’s knock off the kancel kulture.

Sure … this article is politically motivated — and ‘timed’!
It is also worth acknowledging that the same liberals who are now trying to excuse and deflect from Jenkin’s actions due to him being in college at the time … were among those hypocritically insisting that Brett Kavanaugh’s life, career, and SCOTUS nomination be ruined over totally uncorroborated allegations related to a HIGH SCHOOL drinking party even further in his youthful past … thus the disdain over the absurd double standard.

I’m sorry Julia, are you confused about what happened during the Kavanaugh hearings? Christine Blasey Ford went to high school with Brett Kavanaugh, and no one refuted that they attended the same party on the night in question.

The thing she couldn’t prove was that he forced her to have sex with him, rather than it being consensual. Obviously that would be necessary before trying him for rape, but there was plenty of evidence that Kavanaugh engaged in all kinds of things just like this article accuses Clay Jenkins of.

Do your research, eh?

I don’t personally remember it being in that campaign- but it seems like the Dallas Express story is implying Jenkins has never been asked about it & that’s wrong.

That’s inaccurate. He never addressed this incident. Instead, he pretended it was a panty raid. This is the first time this police report has ever been released/found because they misspelled (intentionally?) his name back then. A little more digging this year by people that are tired of Jenkins rein of terror found it and discovered the truth: 1. he was in black face, 2. It wasn’t a dorm Room prank (it was a private apartment with three terrorized girls), and 3. He was a white privileged kid whose family founded Baylor (look it up…Jenkins back to the 1800s), and the police report states that the boys said they “didn’t think anyone would ever do anything to them”

It’s because the police report was just discovered and has been suppressed for 12 years. They spelled his name wrong (maybe intentionally) on the police report, as he and has family were Baylor royalty (his dad’s family helped found Baylor University in the late 1800s). It’s news now because Jenkins has lied about this for 12 years saying it was a “party raid”, while panty raid was never mentioned, nor was the fact that he was in blackface and that a girl and her father had him convicted for this heinous crime.

Agreed. It was a gang of men terrorizing young women. Not cool, and unacceptable to impersonate another race. I don’t care how long ago it was.

Sounds like a practical joke that was harmless. I wouldn’t press this issue. Most likely you would have three fingers pointing back at you.

Did you read the police report lol? That’s ridiculous that you would ever say that anything in that police report sounded like a joke. It’s why he was convicted for criminal trespassing…the police officer even said “this is not a prank” in the report. Jeesh…what a crazy double standard when a Democrat terrorizes young women, it’s a “joke”??

Dude sitting at home is not a journalists. This “news” source is laughable. It is your opinion to pull something like this from teenage years and think it’s important. The “about” section of this web page is a bunch of words that mean nothing to anyone with intellect, but speak volumes to the small minded, ignorant conspiracy theory types who want to be fed crap to make them feel powerful or part of a group.

At least he didn’t call black boys “super predators” on the senate floor.

Did he create a crime bill that incarcerated black boys at an alarming rate that thousands are currently being exonerated from to this day?
