The City of Dallas begins distributing Teen All Access Passes on Monday, June 29, giving qualifying teens ages 13 to 17 free access to recreation centers, programs, and activities throughout July.
Dallas Park and Recreation teamed with local partners to provide the passes at no cost. Teens can sign up at any Dallas Recreation Center. The program aims to keep youth engaged during summer break with sports, arts, fitness, and educational activities.
Up to 25,000 passes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The passes are valid for July and cover a wide range of programming at city facilities. Officials encourage parents and teens to visit centers early for availability.
Dallas ISD and other local school districts are on summer break, making the timing of the program particularly relevant for families across the city. The passes do not require income verification and are open to all Dallas-resident teens in the eligible age group.
Additional details and a full list of participating recreation centers are available on the City of Dallas Parks and Recreation website. Staff at each location can assist with sign-up and answer questions about available activities.
Teens and families are advised to bring proof of age and residency when registering. Passes are distributed while supplies last, and city officials recommend checking with individual centers for daily activity schedules.
