Dallas Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two persons of interest tied to the January killing of a West Dallas man whose death was initially believed to have been caused by a dog attack.
Antonio Turner, 41, was found with serious injuries on January 7, 2026, after Dallas Police and Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to a call at a home in the 4100 block of Pringle Drive. Turner was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Responding officers first believed a dog had killed Turner. An autopsy later found his injuries were more consistent with homicidal violence, prompting a murder investigation.
Investigators are now trying to identify two men captured on camera leaving the residence after the incident. One was seen wearing a red jacket, while the other, described as tall, was seen walking a dog. Officials believe the dog may have played a role in Turner’s death.
Dallas Police Det. Kenneth Castoral is leading the search for the two men and is urging witnesses to come forward.
“I need anybody who saw what happened to contact me,” Castoral told Fox 4 KDFW. “We don’t have very many witnesses or anyone that’s come forward yet. That’s what I really need is just someone to come forward and tell me what happened.”
