CITY OF CARROLLTON: Texans with Disabilities Have New Dedicated COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline

City Carrollton issued the following announcement on July 9

Disability Rights Texas (DRTx) has created a hotline for individuals who are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. The hotline is available to Texans with disabilities who have trouble signing up for the vaccine on computers, need transportation to a vaccine provider, want to learn more about the vaccine, and more. 

For assistance, dial 1-800-880-8401 or email DRTx at [email protected]. Hotline hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This hotline is only for vaccine access issues. For help with other disability rights issues, call DRTx’s main phone number at 1-800-252-9108.
