City of Balch Springs issued the following announcement on June 16
The City of Balch Springs is conducting a planning study for roadway improvements on Hickory Tree Road from Bruton Rd to Elam Rd. Supporting this project, the City is reaching out to all corridor stakeholders to get their input on current issues, future visions for development and economic opportunity. There will be an online stakeholder engagement meeting on Zoom on 6/29/21 at 6pm for residents and 6/30/21 at 6pm for business owners/tenants and property owners along the Hickory Tree Road corridor.Â
