Desoto Police are calling the death of a 52-year-old woman “suspicious.”
On Monday, police were called for a welfare check on Jacqueline Archuleta after relatives became concerned they could not reach her.
When officers arrived at the victim’s home on Marisa Lane, she was unresponsive. Paramedics could not resuscitate her.
Detectives are speculating foul play due to evidence of a disturbance at the house. Police say they are now searching for a person of interest who they believe may know what transpired with the victim.
