Parents in Dallas have expressed concern over an alleged creeper lurking around their children’s schools, according to recent screenshots of communications provided to The Dallas Express.

The screenshots are from several groups, including mommy groups, elementary school recess organizations, and general community chatter forums. Each raises similar concerns, such as there is a creepy man outside my child’s school or X business. I feel uncomfortable, and I think he has a criminal record.

“Jackie” in the Dealey Mom Posse group posted: “This person has been caught at several parks in Preston Hollow and at local schools, including Boone elementary, Christ the King, Preston Hollow Daycare, He was caught taking photos of Boone today. He knows the law very well and is pushing all limits and is on the UP Police and HP Police radar. I’m letting you know because he’s is specifically terrorizing kids.”

She then posted additional allegations.

“He takes photos of their water jugs at parks so he can call kids by name,” she alleged. “He has been seen at Trader Joe’s at Inwood and Lovers Lane. He was arrested in June for assault of an elderly person. His social media is very weird and provocative photos. Kids on the campus’s mentioned are not allowed to play outside at recess or pe because he’s been seen too close,” per “Jackie.”

She attached two images of the person she is talking about. “Please let all those you know to be on the lookout for him and to keep their kids safe,” she pleads. “As agents this is how we help protect our communities. The below photo was taken an almost 2 hours ago at Walgreens on NWH and Turtle Creek.”

One image is a mugshot of a middle-aged man with bleach-blonde hair named “Omar Nasit” from arrests.org. The second image, presumably from outside the Walgreens, is of what appears to be the same man walking down a sidewalk. He is clad in a colorful, lowcut kaftan, wearing sunglasses and a scarf over his hair.

In another communication, women express similar concerns about what is presumed to be the same man. “He graduated from Greenhill in 1997,” one woman wrote, who requested that she remain anonymous. “Their security team and Lee hark (head of school) are aware of the situation.”

“They have taken steps internally to remove him from school communications, and the security team is on alert. So sounds like Boone AND Greenhill are on edge. This is a mess,” a woman who refused to be identified added.

Under this post, a woman named “Sarah” responded with a screenshot of what appears to be an email from Northway Community Day School. The message stated that a man had been seen taking pictures of the school during recess, noting that the school’s parents were alerted to the man’s actions; school staff called the kids inside and sent security to confront the man.

The email does not explain the episode’s resolution but claims that children would not be allowed to play outside again until school officials were sure they were safe.

Another post from a group, CKS Recess Duty, shows an image of what appears to be the same man, scantily clad while holding a garment inside a store.

“He was spotted at tootsies today. Not sure what time this was, but be alerted he’s around the school area,” posted “Dori.”

Another Facebook group, Situational Awareness, showed the same man with an open shirt sitting on a park bench while looking off into the distance.

Responding to this image, a woman named Claire posted, “Actually, this man does have a record of assault so he has committed a crime! Happy to share the mug shot as well as other supporting details. I think the safety of our kids should come above anything else and we should be allowed to share if it is going to benefit the community as a whole?”

Documents shared in the various groups show Nasit’s mugshot and age, 46. Documents also show that a man with that same name was arrested for “ASSAULT AGAINST ELDERLY OR DISABLED INDIVIDUAL.”

However, the arrest report does not include an image of the alleged perpetrator. Therefore, it is not known whether the Omar Nasit in the arrests.org mugshot is the same as the Omar Nasit from the police report.

There is a possibility the spelling of the man’s name is a typo. While government documents refer to the man as “Nasit,” a screenshot of the man’s purported Instagram spells his last name as “Nasir.” The screenshot is grainy and depicts a man with bleached blonde hair, also dressed in Kaftans and other articles of women’s clothing.
