Irving Police reported that a 63-year-old man’s body was discovered in Lake Carolyn on February 22.
After receiving a phone call about a body floating in the lake, officers arrived at the 600 Block of Lake Carolyn around 8 a.m.
Police found the man, identified as Leland Barron, dead in the water.
According to authorities, the cause of death is likely suicide.
An investigation is underway.
