The Women’s Foodservice Forum (WFF) has announced its 2022 leadership conference will be coming to Dallas at the Kay Bailey Convention Center, March 20 – 22.

WFF is the food industry’s thought-leader on gender equality. The WFF community leads professional females and their allies on a path to career advancement. The premier Dallas event will hold professional development sessions for all career levels and foster connections that will help women thrive.

The conference will be available to attendees in person and virtually. Attendees will have access to breakout sessions that will focus on career and personal development, live and in-person networking, and three days of top-quality keynote speakers such as Allyson Felix, the most decorated track and field athlete of all time, and founder of Saysh.com. Felix will speak on Sunday, March 20 about using one’s voice and recognizing one’s full potential.

March 20 will also feature a special session with Joanne P. McCallie, “Coach P,” former head women’s basketball coach at Duke, Michigan State, and Maine, who will share her experience navigating her demanding career with a mental health disorder (bi-polar, mood disorder) and discuss mental health in the workforce.

On March 21, Emmy award-winning journalist Lisa Ling, host and executive producer of This is Life with Lisa Ling on CNN, will speak about her world travels spent telling the untold stories of women who have led with humility, courage, and passion.

On Tuesday, March 22, attendees can hear from Glennon Doyle, an activist, two-time number-one New York Times best-selling author, and founder and president of Together Rising. Doyle leads her readers and podcast listeners to find the gifts in their challenges and have the courage to “do the hard things.”
