White Castle has issued a nationwide recall of certain frozen slider products after a packaging error led to undeclared milk and soy allergens, prompting a reported allergic reaction.

The company recalled 1,021 cases of its frozen 4-count Original Sliders after discovering that Jalapeño Cheese Sliders, which contain milk and soy, were mistakenly packaged inside cartons labeled as Original Sliders. Milk and soy are not listed on the Original Slider packaging.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the issue was identified after a customer reported a non-life-threatening allergic reaction following consumption of one of the mispackaged products. No additional illnesses or injuries have been reported.

The recalled products were shipped to retailers between August and October 2025 and were sold primarily in convenience stores, potentially in all 50 states.
