Washington D.C.-based real estate company The Reynolds Team Network recently announced they will be expanding their services to Dallas through a partnership with local realtor Dan Harker and The Harker Five Star Team.
A family business, The Reynolds Team began with mother-daughter duo Debbie and Sarah Reynolds in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area before extending to the Virginias, South Carolina, Georgia, Colorado, and, now, down to Dallas.
A press release summarized the expansion this way: “Debbie and Sarah Reynolds are honored to announce their most recent partnership with Dan Harker, who is coming alongside Keller Williams Dallas Preston Road to create The Reynolds Team Network’s 7th expansion location.”
The partnership will be officially presented as “The Harker Five Star Team Powered by The Reynolds Team Network.” The expansion to Dallas originates from The Reynolds Team’s commitment to engage in more service opportunities by providing an exceptional experience to families who are buying or selling their homes.
Giving back was described within the press release as The Reynolds Team’s biggest mission, emphasizing multi-city philanthropy as a core value connecting the three real estate professionals. The team has said they will donate a generous portion of their commission to local charitable causes like the Children’s Medical Center.
The demand for Dallas real estate is robust. Harker and his locally established team are excited to collaborate with The Reynolds Team in facilitating the plans of families searching for their dream home in North Texas.
Harker attributes his business acumen to his mother, The Harker Five Star Team co-founder, Mary Harker. Dan has worked as a coach for the Maps Organization, a teacher at several real estate clinics, and a “Master Faculty Member” with Keller Williams Realty.
His specializations include coaching collaborative strategy and providing mentorship to agents on the principles and applications of listings and buyers. He has amassed over 50 years of real estate experience. D Magazine has voted him one of the Best Real Estate Agents for the past eight years.
