RI&S has opened a new Advanced Manufacturing and Integration Center at its McKinney, Texas facility, totaling 178,000 square feet. The McKinney Economic Development Corporation helped finance the new facility, representing a total spend of $100 million. The firm has committed to creating 500 skilled jobs, which has already been achieved.

RI&S is also equipping a newly leased 250,000-square-foot North Texas facility to handle its technology programs. The company also disclosed its most recent investment that resulted in constructing a 400,000-square-foot Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Office facility at its McKinney campus, which is expected to be completed by 2025. The bigger, consolidated, and state-of-the-art McKinney facility will give RI&S the ability to develop, manufacture, test, and supply more advanced technology and generate an additional 700 jobs.
