The architectural team, led by Robin Bellerby, Senior Vice President of Architecture, now offers a new program that integrates architectural working drawings throughout the entire bidding, licensing, and construction process. An experienced architect, Bellerby has successfully delivered a range of notable and prestigious projects in her more than 20-year career. Her experience includes the management of many prominent buildings from concept development to completion, such as Manhattan, a $120 million, 700-unit condominium in Las Vegas, and Mockingbird Flats, a $28 million, 412-unit multi-family development in Dallas.
