A North Texas-based company is providing automated marketing services for its clients. 

Located in Plano, The Automation Company was founded by Justin Crawford and Rick Brooks.

The Texas business saw healthy growth during 2022, a December press release shares. Crawford and Brooks are both entrepreneurs and have launched several successful start-up businesses.

Brooks shared that the company’s purpose is to share what the two have learned about 21st-century marketing strategies.

Crawford said in the press release that The Automation Company was made with struggling businesses in mind.

“Working our way through and understanding the business climate today, we just felt we had so much to share about what we’ve learned. We wanted to pass on that blueprint for success to hungry businesses struggling to nail down a workable marketing strategy,” he said. “We’ve definitely worked hard to organize our business in such a way that the customer experiences the value add that our services offer.”

According to the website, businesses that have worked with The Automation Company are Freeman Law, AirTable, Texas Bank, Gravity, and SmartSheet. Using automation can help Texas businesses streamline marketing strategies.

“We can set up automated messages to users based on predetermined behavior triggers,” The Automation Company explained. “For example, if a potential customer views website pages related to a specific line of business but exits the website without converting, the marketing automation platform will send an automated message to the user to remind them how easy it is to get started.”

Ulyana Daum, the marketing communications lead for Eaton Brothers, shared that automated marketing helped the business grow its subscriber list by 40% a month.

The success of marketing automation is measured by looking at multiple metrics. These include response metrics, value/efficient metrics, and activity metrics. Response metrics show how an audience responds to what they see, and activity metrics look at triggers for automation.

The value and efficiency metrics help businesses see if automated strategies are worth the cost being put into them.
