The Crescent Hotel in Fort Worth and its flagship dining venue, Emilia’s Restaurant, are set to open next week in Fort Worth.

Developed by Crescent Real Estate of Fort Worth, the new hotel is a nod to its sister property in Uptown Dallas, The Crescent. The Fort Worth hotel located near the city’s downtown and Cultural District, spans 200 rooms.

Mirroring the well-known mixed-use development in Dallas, The Crescent complex in Fort Worth also offers about 170,000 square feet of office space. It also contains 167 luxury apartments.

The property’s recently unveiled flagship restaurant pays homage to Fort Worth’s Italian sister city, Reggio Emilio, according to a news release.

With a focus on seasonality and Mediterranean-inspired ingredients sourced by local Texas ranchers and purveyors, diners can expect dishes such as crudos, homemade pastas, and wood-grilled steaks and seafood.

Executive Chefs Preston Paine and Andrew Bell have led the culinary program at The Crescent, while Jamel Taggart is the leader behind the cocktail program.

Near the lobby, visitors can find The Circle Bar, which pays homage to the Fort Worth Circle, “a progressive art colony that started in the 1940s,” according to the press release. “In addition, Emilia’s offers two private dining rooms, both featuring thoughtfully curated menus from Chef Paine.”

Crescent Real Estate “led a world-class team to create Emilia’s refreshing ambiance and energy, brought to life by Rottet Studio and with menu concepts developed by AvroKO Hospitality Group.” The menu was created by executive chef Preston Paine.

“I look forward to bringing the bright and sunny flavors of the Mediterranean to Fort Worth,” Paine said in the press release. “At Emilia’s, I’m incorporating the techniques I learned from multi-generational chefs throughout my time competing on Ciao House to create a wide selection of authentic coastal Mediterranean cuisine that will satisfy well-traveled visitors and culinary enthusiasts alike.”

Other amenities at the property include a Canyon Ranch Wellness Club and 14,000 square feet of event space.

The Crescent, Fort Worth, located is at 3300 Camp Bowie Boulevard, and Emilia are expected to debut in tandem on November 8.
