Filipino restaurant Jollibee will open its first store in Dallas — its fourth in Texas — on Wednesday.

The menu features the chain’s signature Chickenjoy fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, and peach mango pies. Jollibee is owned by the fast-growing Asian restaurant company Jollibee Foods Corp., which maintains its U.S. headquarters in West Covina, California.

Jollibee’s November 29 opening of a Dallas store comes after locations were placed in Plano, Houston, and San Antonio. The chain attributes its expansion in the metroplex to its aggressive growth plans in North America.

The new Dallas store is located at 4703 Greenville Ave., near University Boulevard and U.S. 75, at a former Jack in the Box site.

“We are excited to grow our presence and spread joy in Texas, especially as it is currently enjoying such tremendous growth,” Jollibee’s Maribeth Dela Cruz said in a news release.

“Dallas is not only booming, it is also rich with culture and diversity, which creates the perfect setting to bring our warm and vibrant energy to residents looking to explore and learn about Jollibee and all our amazing, flavorful menu items,” Dela Cruz added.

Plano’s Jollibee at 1016 Preston Rd. opened in 2020.

The Dallas store will be open seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Jollibee Foods Corp. operates more than 6,000 stores across the world and owns Chowking, Red Ribbon, Greenwich, and Smashburger. It also franchises brands like Burger King and Panda Express in the Philippines.
