Five Dallas firms, including BridgeWork Partners, make list of 2021 best workplaces

Five Dallas companies earned spots on a list of companies deemed the best workplaces in the nation for employees, according to a 2021 study by the business publication Inc.com. 

The Dallas companies among the 429 on the full list were BridgeWork Partners, a human resources firm; CKP, advertising and marketing; Frontline Sources Group, human resources; Idea Grove, advertising and marketing; and Stratosphere Consulting, information technology. 

BridgeWork Partners also made Inc.com’s editors’ list of 12 companies singled out for their efforts to support and reward employees during the coronavirus pandemic.

A total of 3,000 companies competed for a place on the full best workplaces list, according to Inc.com. The analysis focused on employee engagement and benefits scores, Inc.com reported, and the perks considered included health insurance, 401(k) savings accounts, child care and paid leave opportunities.

Twenty-three Texas-based companies earned spots on Inc.com’s best workplaces list.
