With over 150 – and counting – of its cryo chambers installed in homes and recovery facilities across the United States, CryoBuilt is the largest manufacturer of electric, full-body cryotherapy systems in the nation.

You may have heard of just a few of its athletic customers and celebrity ambassadors: LeBron James, Santia Deck, Kevin Holland, Paris Hilton, and Diddy. On January 25, CryoBuilt added a star – get it? – to its endorsement portfolio, announcing DeMarcus “Tank” Lawrence of the Dallas Cowboys as its newest CryoBuilt Athlete.

DeMarcus “Tank” Lawrence became the highest-paid defensive end in NFL history in April 2019. Two years later, on September 16, 2021, Lawrence suffered a broken bone within his foot that required surgery and resulted in injured-reserve placement.

However, through an intensive recovery regimen bolstered by CryoBuilt cryotherapy, Lawrence was activated as fit-to-play on December 2 of that same year.

Lawrence will collaborate with CryoBuilt throughout 2022 to elevate brand awareness and advocate the benefits of cryotherapy as stated by the company.

According to CryoBuilt, cryotherapy facilitates efficient rehabilitation that would generally be more difficult for a body incrementally healing.

“By partnering with elite athletes like DeMarcus Lawrence, CryoBuilt is empowering consumers to take control of their wellness and recovery by using the same technologies that have historically only been available to professional athletes,” the company wrote in a press release.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer Marcus Wilson explained: “DeMarcus was the perfect partner for CryoBuilt. With our existing partnership as the official Cryotherapy of the Dallas Cowboys and DeMarcus’ injury and work to get him back on the field, we were happy to be a part of his recovery. I am honored that our technology can help elite athletes get back on the field and even more importantly, work cryo into their daily routines to perform at their peak.”
