Autotext.me is a digital solution provider for managing workflow, communication, performing vehicle inspections, generating work orders, controlling quality, and boosting customer loyalty. It integrates into a variety of automotive shop management programs. Autotext.me concentrates on the streamlining of day-to-day processes to facilitate a more efficient shop operation and provide a sustainable customer service experience.

The company has now announced its new Text Manager feature, which allows users to more easily view and obtain the full context of all inbound and ongoing customer communications. Any texts that come into the store will be displayed in the manager, removing the need to return to a customer’s account to continue the conversation out of an active ticket.

The text manager includes direct links to customer profiles, their vehicles, and a text-to-pay feature. Additionally, users will benefit from a straightforward interface that allows them to filter their view by active customers, submitted messages, received messages, and more.
