Any texts that come into the store will be displayed in the manager, removing the need to return to a customer’s account to continue the conversation out of an active ticket.
The text manager includes direct links to customer profiles, their vehicles, and a text-to-pay feature. Additionally, users will benefit from a straightforward interface that allows them to filter their view by active customers, submitted messages, received messages, and more.
