D Magazine Names 5 GBA Attorneys among Best 2022 Lawyers under 40

GBA attorneys

With offices in Dallas, Plano, and Austin, Goranson Bain Ausley (GBA) is one of the leading family law firms in Texas, covering family law as well as family law mediation.

Five of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized in D Magazine as being among the most respected and ethical family lawyers in Dallas for 2022–all under the age of 40.

The lauded GBA team members include: Lindsey Obenhaus, Britney E. Harrison, Caroline Galloway, Hayley Collins Blair and Chandler Rice Winslow.

For GBA, the D Magazine distinction–especially from the DFW community–is inspiring. It also reflects the expertise, dedication, and service to clientele that has been recently cited on an even more expansive level.

This year, U.S. News & World Report acknowledged GBA as one of the top law firms in the nation within its U.S. News – Best Lawyers® publication.

The practice is established on a long and successful track record of client advocacy based on trust and success.

Below is a bit of detail about the five women recognized by the magazine for their work.

Lindsey Obenhaus concentrates on managing cases involving addiction, mental illness, domestic violence and complex financial issues.

Britney E. Harrison combines empathetic experience with her commercial litigation background to handle a wide range of family law matters.

Caroline Galloway has experience helping families with children with mental health needs, spouses who have experienced trauma or substance abuse issues, and clients facing problematic child custody issues.

Trained in collaborative law and aware of methods that offer alternative dispute resolution, Hayley Collins Blair is a strong advocate for making the experience of divorce less toxic and more client-controlled.

Chandler Rice Winslow is highly-regarded for drafting pre- and post-nuptial agreements, solving highly contested custody issues, with acumen for understanding how business entities operate and working closely with owners in identifying separate and community property.
