The Dallas-based company helped Bunn-O-Matic to re-platform its website in a five-month window to go live, enabling them to excel in areas where they previously struggled.

Broadleaf Commerce strives to drive innovation in commerce and empower teams to tackle challenging B2B and B2C projects. They do this with catalog (PIM), content (CMS), omnichannel, multisite, and marketplace solutions.

Providing a premier solution for companies in need of highly scalable, customizable, open technologies, Broadleaf delivers a cloud-native microservices architecture-based eCommerce platform backed by a dedicated team of expert consultants and engineers.

It has always been important to Bunn-O-Matic Corporation to understand and respond to the needs of its customers. Providing a complete portfolio of state-of-the-art dispensing beverage solutions, the company produces every product associated with coffee you could think of.

The company is also dedicated to total customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class customer service via its BUNNserve® program.

Frequently known simply as BUNN, the company is a global partner operating in 83 countries and has been recognized for profitability, reliability, and support wherever it serves its customers.

BUNN needed to revamp its website after encountering difficulties with a previous platform. With a five-month lead time to go live, BUNN needed a framework that would transparently handle the complexity of multiple sites and catalogs along with multiple integrations or business rules.

After an in-depth review, BUNN decided to institute a Broadleaf Commerce multisite solution. Broadleaf executed a one-time code foundation in five months, which met client requirements.

With unlimited configuration capabilities, BUNN exploited as many previous integrations and customizations as possible in conjunction with the new Broadleaf solution.

With Broadleaf Commerce’s B2B and B2C capabilities, BUNN observed a continuous improvement in its environment.

Broadleaf Commerce’ CRO, Brad Buhl, explained: “With BUNN needing to go live in five months, we knew Broadleaf’s endless customization abilities would champion the project. Broadleaf’s Multisite solution has simplified the complexities of the multiple catalogs and sites under BUNN.”
